Things I learned while building this rod

Really went together in a snap, nothing terribly new or innovative on this rod!

Bob's rod! An overview of the butt section. Check out this Damon Cherry Burl seat...
A second view to show off more of the stunning beauty in this piece of cherry burl. The custom turned grip. The hook keeper and winding check.
The upper inscription.

Bob's bottom inscription - Bob wanted this rod dated with the year.

The Chrome Hiloy stripper guide by Pac Bay.
Traditional chrome snake guides. The tip top.
